After our second visit I wanted to leave a review, because everyone should eat here. The prices are on point, the food is exceptional, if I could rate it higher I would, the service is outstanding, what a gem this place is, I can’t say it enough. I got the porterhouse (last time the Elk) and the wife had the Filet both times. She likes it well done, and the filet is still amazing. Temperatures are perfect, the carrot soup is great! Everything is as it should be, and the potatoes, oh man, if I had no other reason to go back (which I have tons) I would just for the potatoes. My compliments to the chef and of course our amazing host and waitress! We will be back cause I must try the lamb and then tag Gordon Ramsay, cause I know he would be impressed!

Absolutely wonderful! The ambiance is perfect, the service was excellent, and the food!!! My wife had the Veal a la Bleu, and I had the elk. This is definitely a wonderful experience for anyone looking for a fine dining experience in Spring Hill.

One of the best restaurants in the area, the waitress is very attentive, the best tomato soup I have ever eaten, delicious bread, my main dish was garlic shrimp and I loved it, the best mashed potatoes I have ever tasted. The place is very clean, good lighting. I recommend it to visit as a couple or as a family.

My husband and I finally got to try this restaurant and WOW the food was delicious! Living in nyc and working in a French restaurant when I was younger this restaurant didn’t disappoint. There were quite a bit of classical French options and everything we had was absolutely amazing. We had the shrimp in butter sauce and escargot as appetizers and had so much flavor. Had the lamb chops and filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection and the portion was huge. We only had a few bites of the entree because we were full from the appetizers. One must visit it’s that good esp in Spring Hill! Can’t wait to go back!

An absolute treasure in the middle of Spring Hill . I felt like I stepped into a place in my old hood in New Caanan CT. Decor and atmosphere top notch. Service and knowledge outstanding. Relaxed staff , attentive care and food was flavorful, with perfect textures and aroma and hot when hot and cold when cold! I had the rack of lamb and my husband the special pork chop. We ordered the molted lava cake for dessert. Out of this world. For the special night but so worth the money! One of a kind restaurant in this area! Merci beaucoup!

This cozy and fine dining restaurant has left the best impression. Hospital hosts, nice ambiance, delicious cuisines, beautiful presentations, elegant table linens, wide wine and beer lists and wonderful desserts. Isabelle and Chef Kinds have created a local gem in the Spring Hill, Florida area.

5 out of 5 on basically everything! Amazing Chef, service, food and drink selection. Absolutely perfect French sauces. Classy yet friendly and approachable atmosphere. There are also quite a few dishes here that you probably couldn't find anywhere else in Hernando County. A lifetime of experience can be found here.
